When you submit your registration information your transaction is processed within seconds and both yourself and raceonline.ca are sent a confirmation of your transaction, whether it is successful or not.  Your credit card information will not be stored by raceonline.ca.  The personal information you provide in your registration will be stored in a password protected database that only the race director and raceonline.ca administrators have access to.  

Your online purchase will appear on your monthly credit card statement as a purchase from Langford Running Company Ltd. which is the parent company of http://www.raceonline.ca/. 

Raceonline.ca protects your personal/credit card information through the following steps:

• Your online credit card transaction is processed through E-Xact Transactions Ltd. and is secured by their sophisticated encryption techniques and secure private network connections.
• E-Xact Transactions Ltd.  is a VeriSign Approved Company.
• Raceonline.ca does not have access to your credit card information or number. 
• Your personal information provided during the registration process is stored in a password protected database that is only accessible to the race director and raceonline.ca administrators.
• IP address's are stored from each transaction and are only used should a problem occur with a particular transaction. 
• Personal information and e-mail addresses will not be sold or distributed to anyone.
